Problem
For Paragraphs that have an underscore in machine-name(e.g. download_list) it is not possible to move the Paragraph with drag n drop in a layout.

Proposed solution:
Replace hyphen with underscore for variableparaType in js/erl-restriction-widget.js
erl_restriction paragraph not dragable debugging
