This year, volunteers will be broken into two groups: Organizing Volunteers and Supporting Volunteers. Organizing Volunteers own specific roles that are vital to the success of the camp. These roles require a higher level of involvement and responsibility, especially prior to the camp. Supporting Volunteers are also vital to the success of the camp and work with Organizing Volunteers to ensure all tasks in their area of interest are accomplished.

Organizing Volunteers

All organizing volunteers should plan to attend the weekly planning meeting at least twice a month when items pertaining to their responsibilities are up for discussion. Meeting agendas will be posted Wednesday each week, giving Organizers the opportunity to reach out to the camp Project Manager if they are needed for an agenda item and unable to make that week's call.
