mradcliffeUpdating roles from meeting notes.
@Chris Darke mentioned helping out during FTC Workshop as well, but I wasn't sure if that meant as a lead. I think that would be great to have him as one of the FTC Workshop leads.

mradcliffeHere's a proposed schedule I posted on Slack. It's a Markdown formatted file. Unfortunately drupal.org doesn't except the .md extension :(
If we were able to do Mentor Orientation and had capacity for mentors in these blocks, then this should work to emulate the Morning/Afternoon contribution flow on traditional contribution events.
This would be a 27-30 hour day broken into 7-8 3 hour blocks with 1-hour break between each. The 1-hour break is for regular meal, meditation, etc... breaks during the day.

mradcliffeA bit of an explanation about "ext." This means an extended block to overlap and go beyond the traditional Morning/Afternoon blocks.
mradcliffe7 blocks doesn't really work well for South, Central, West asia, the Middle east, and more. If I expand to 8 blocks, and overlap a block late in the day on Friday (UTC), then it mostly works. The regional times are suggestions based on the traditional 9-5 contribution day, but early risers and night owls would probably be best to choose a block. I named the blocks rather than ordering them.
Table below and attached a LibreOffice Calc converted PDF with some colors.

mradcliffeAdding some more explanation about the above based on feedback from @ekl1773 a week or so ago.
The intent was to create schedule blocks, and then have an example of time zones. I haven't, but I think we need to get some feedback from Middle East, South/West Asia, East and South East Asia, and Oceania to make sure these make sense. The goal is to create 2 schedule blocks that work as a "contribution day" for different regions of the world like we have during a traditional contribution event at DrupalCon So if you look at the spreadsheet of awesomeness in the past, Friday was split into 2 blocks (Morning/Afternoon).
