Content locking (anti-concurrent editing) 8.x-2.0 released 26 November 2019

This release is to make content_lock compatible with Drupal 8.8 and the upcoming Drupal 9.
It contains the same features as 8.x-1.x.
New features will only be committed to 8.x-2.x.
