Export page breaks if a plugin used on a saved configuration is deleted

Entity Export CSV page breaks if a plugin used on a saved configuration is deleted. And so we can't anymore load an entity type with such saved configuration.

Proposed solution : check if the exporter always exists before creating its instance, and otherwise fallback on the default exporter.
