Honeypot excessive expiry time - upgrade honeypot

According to #2993892: Do not report more waiting time than the expire time, the default expiry time managed by Honeypot on Drupal.org is two hours (7200 seconds), so this should be the number seen by the user.

However, this comment: https://www.drupal.org/project/webmasters/issues/3108568#comment-13438577 indicates that it is back to 2592000 seconds (30 days).
