As mentioned in #309425, it's a must have, supporting multiple languages per country.
From the other issue:
Optional extra: have multiple languages per country, with one default (lowest weight). Provide a specialized language switcher such that users can switch between the enabled languages configured for that country."

catchI'm starting to look through this now. Adding countries appears to work fine, but as yet there's no way to associate a language (or languages) with a country via the UI.
nedjoMultiple languages now supported.
Clarified with catch the location of the 'languages' tab for adding languages.
catchYes, sorry about that, false alarm.
At the moment, the available languages on the form is taken from language_list() - if we're going to prompt people to make a new language for country/language combinations from this page, then should we allow any language to be chosen? Otherwise I have to (for example), enable French, associate French with Canada, then go back and create fr-CA.

nedjoVarious changes made, I think they address the issues here.
