This module should be installable not only on any version of Drupal 8 (since its libraries' namespaces won't conflict with core), but also any version of Drupal 9, for compatibility with modules that need to go into Drupal 9 without (yet) refactoring their JavaScript on top of Sortable. For example, Panels and Entity Browser.
