Metatags and URL alias fields appear on reference types edit forms and format mapping forms

"Metatags" and "URL alias" fields appear on reference types edit forms and format mapping forms when Metatag and Pathauto modules are installed (respectively). Reference entity type needs to be enabled on Pathauto settings page to reproduce. This happen due to both modules alter entity definitions and define their own base fields.
