Drupal developer needed for a simple project

Hello all,

We are going to build a website with articles/blog, forum, poll, user registration/login,

We are seeking a consultant to help us create a template of the design (made by us) and modify the site to fit our needs.
We want help with:

- Modify/create a drupal template from our design
- Build the site skeleton and structure. No content needs to be added. We have editors to do that.
- Set up all modules needed; Forum, Poll, Articles/Blog, Member reg/login, Tip a friend. Also to include parts from these modules on the start page (latest forum posts, current poll and so on...)

I think this is a very easy project for someone who knows their way around drupal.
