In #3002895: Dependencies missing in info.yml and composer files we set dependencies for this module to migrate_plus:^4.0 and migrate_tools:^4.0, but this means this module can't be installed alongside version 5.0 of those modules, though there is no inherent incompatibility.

Also adjusted migrate_source_csv to ^2.2|^3.0 as the module should work with either as well.
