Here is the patch to add support of aliased URL. This is the exact same patch as the one supplied by hongbo in http://drupal.org/node/267784 but against 5.x-2.0 CacheExclude module.

The Drupal 5 version is not accepting new features. (I don't have time to continually develop multiple branches, sorry.)
