SULA Calculator Git repo contains "Public" license

The Drupal.org git repo of the theme/module SULA Calculator contains a license that is not GPL2+ compatible.

The problematic file is:

The license given ("Public") does not match any known license.

This may just be a mistake. However we don't want to distribute projects with confusing or conflicting licensing information from Drupal.org, so it must be repaired.

I have given the project's owner two weeks to fix it. Postponing for now. If it is not fixed in that time frame, I am going to mark this as abandoned.
