Payment Method Flow

Problem/Motivation

Build the standard payment flow.

Proposed resolution

Reserving the payment will add the remote ID to the payment method so it can then be used in the confirm stet to create a payment.

An interface will be needed to add the reservePayment() function to the Payment Gateway.
