Let’s start by just altering this on to the Add to Cart form and positioning it above the submit button as specified by PayPal.

Since we won’t have any settings yet, let’s just use the default style.

Thanks, Karen! I've gone ahead and added the price amount so we get price specific information added to the messaging. This will create some follow-ups, though, to make it more robust (e.g. refresh it based on the selected variation). Updated patch attached.
