Problem/Motivation

In https://www.drupal.org/project/element_class_formatter/issues/3025539#co... a fix should have been introduced for responsive images. This is still missing, the newly created submodule files are not present in git.

Also a core_version_requirement in the info.yml is needed for drupal 9 compatibility in this submodule.

Steps to reproduce

Just use it and view the source code. No submodule.

Proposed resolution

Add the submodule.

Remaining tasks

- add the missing files
- add core_version_requirement to the submodule
