Problem/Motivation

In #3144156: Different Menu Bundle values in menu_link_content_data table for menu links, we fixed having a consistent bundle for menu links. But that issue didn't have a post update to fix previous bad data. Let's fix that.

If you had this module installed previous to #3144156: Different Menu Bundle values in menu_link_content_data table for menu links.

Proposed resolution

Add a post update hook.
