This seems like it could be a really useful module for sites that pull in external data feeds using the Migrate system. It might be worth opting into security advisory coverage.

The latest fixes and new features have been merged into 8.x-1.x-dev and released as 8.x-1.4 version during #LutskCodeSprint2021.

The module has opted into security coverage as well.
