Problem/Motivation

Using VBO 4.0.0 and the latest fancy_file_delete after installing the module I do not see the delete operations provided by the module.

Proposed resolution

Change the parent of the action from Drupal\Core\Action\ActionBase to Drupal\views_bulk_operations\Action\ViewsBulkOperationsActionBase

I am sorry, I haven't tested it with the 3.x version, only with 4.x.
