When disabling the module, we are forwarded to a path that includes the prefix.

Probably need to register a submit callback to the modules admin form to set $_REQUEST['destination'] or the form #redirect.

Fixed. Added a submit callback. Didn't use destination (that didn't work). Instead, refresh the country code cached data so the goto doesn't trigger the path rewrite.
