Problem/Motivation

If the media library is already installed, installing Quick Links will fail with this error:
Unable to install Quick Links Kit, core.entity_view_mode.media.thumbnail already exists in active configuration.

Proposed resolution

Move the thumbnail config file to the optional directory.
