If I create more than one profile using editor on admin/settings/wysiwyg/profile, then I run into problems. With TinyMCE the editor does not start. Instead normal box in which in can write. With nicedit I am missing the buttons.
(I can create several profiles and it works fine as long as I don't select several editors.)
Workaround is obvious: use only one editor. So no big problem.

sunHm. I can successfully use multiple editors. Do you have JS aggregation enabled, perhaps?

sunWithout further information I'm forced to mark this issue won't fix.

mokko CreditAttribution: mokko commentedSorry, for the late answer. I think I do. So I go to performance and disable the JavaScript Optimization. Hope that this is what you mean. To be sure, I delete the cache. To be really safe, I run update.php and cron.php and check if all the settings make sense. Then, I try again multiple editors. Now at least nicedit works, but the second one doesn't work still. So, I turn optimization back on. Everything's the same. (that is different from the last time I tried).
So far so good, but no solution for those who might run into this problem as well.

sunIf you are referring to TinyMCE with "the second one" while having JavaScript aggregation enabled, then this is a known issue, which is dealt with in #342376: Extend API to include "preprocess" javascript switch for some editors
