Beta-4 fixes a number of bugs in beta-3, including a fix for installing og modules, with phpEdu on PostgreSQL, more views and an upgrade path from beta-3.

Apart from a number of changes in the pre-configured content types and fields, date_copy is no longer required as it has been merged with date_tools. og_default_roles is now required and it has been included in the phpEdu package.
