Releases for Phonetic Word Filter

Development snapshot.

The module was rewritten using a copy of the most recent D6 branch.

FYI both the D6 and D7 versions have been bumped to v2 because the 7.x-1.x branch was, incorrectly, originally released as v2; by bumping both branches to v2 we'll avoid any potential problems that would have happened had we released this code as v7.x-1.0.

Back with new version which fixes 2 errors

wordfilter_filter_process in line 207 is now phonetic_filter_process

The help section is removed since there was no information at all just bug :)

-hook_help bug is fixed in this version

bug fixes
new feature : replacement word as addition to the replacement character.
