Hi!
It would be really nice if you could set use this module to display a specific menu item, for instance when you have a taxonomy based structure with lots of views and the content is not linked to a menu item, you can easily display a menu block on a specific view page. Instead of making custom blocks with snippets.
I have a page with a menu, the menu items are all linked to page views. When selecting a news item within the page view, the menu disappears because the page is not in the active trail.
Are there more people who could use such a solution?

JohnAlbinI'm not going to work on any new features for the Drupal 5 version of Menu block.
Plus, the D6 version already has that feature. You can select a specific menu item to use as the root of the menu tree to display. #331934: Add option to select parent item of menu tree
