Changed dependecies:
- required: from countries_api to geonames
- optional: format_number, keys (with patch)
- icon library feature requires Archive/Tar.php (dependecy checked, but feature not yet implemented)

Google API:
- domain support, other than .com
- localization support

Length processing:
- configurable, extensible length units
- number parser and formatter
- length parser and formatter
- gmaps_distancefield and gmaps_distance form elements
- length converter page and block (AHAH enabled)
- site and user based display options

Directory handling
- automatic file moving in batch process (not yet implemented for icons)
