Admin is missing several links, ie menu section no links to add menus, block section no links to add new blocks

This has been fixed in the new dev release, they still look messy so I'll leave this open as a reminder to make it nicer with CSS. Cheers.

The new release adds margin and padding 0 to the tabs.
