I've looked around a bit and cannot seem to find how to add the role expirations to a custom user profile. Can someone share the php code to accomplish this. Thanks!

That is coming from the function uc_roles_user_view() which you should be able to use. For support on its implementation, please post your question to the development forum on our support forums.
