Is 1 hour a smallest amount of time that can be set for maximum cache lifetime?

It is a lot of time. Could it be set for minutes, not hours, please? :]

Good point... beta4 allows minutes to be entered now using decimals (e.g., .25 for 15 mins).

There is '0' displayed, when saving '.25' value.
