Major Rewrite.

+ Now features support for Dynamic Persistent Menu - http://drupal.org/project/dynamic_persistent_menu
+ Default color scheme converted to neutral grays to be better suited for most designs
+ Lots of typography formatting improvements
+ Includes a CSS reset
+ Redesigned administration tabs
+ Added Navigation region to better suit Dynamic Persistent Menu
+ Fixed bug where right sidebar would fall below content in some situations.
+ Reorganized and simplified "Advanced" CSS section

- Zebra menu styling has been removed due to incompatibility with certain modules
- Lots of unnecessary code removed, leaving more up to system.css
