I have enabled the [+] Allow users to choose default option under admin/settings/wysiwyg/profile/edit/2, but cannot find a user option to select the editor. Where is that option supposed to be?

1) That option refers to the default _state_ of an editor.

2) However, that option does not work currently. Marking as duplicate of #322433: Replace default editor status option(s) with intelligent logic
