This has happened so often and at the most unexpected times that it is beginning to be really frustrating. I am using the phptemplate port of bluemarine.
The text fields for defining the primary and secondary links disappear for no reason when I click on administer>>themes. All my carefully defined links are gone and I am left with the silly 'edit primary links and 'edit secondary links' in their place. Yet, when I switch to another theme (Civicspace), the text fields and all the links are there, so this is not a theme engine issue.
Something is obviously wrong, but I am unable to identify it. Clearing the cache table hasn't helped.

PakWaan CreditAttribution: PakWaan commentedThe exact same thing has been happening to me but with the box_grey theme, which would suggest to me that perhaps it's the phptemplate engine rather than the specific theme?
