How do I set up a form at a link that then goes onto a page?

How do I set up a form that after the user submits goes on to a page. Like on craigs list. They ask questions and you fill it it and then it's posted without the questions.

Have you looked at the Content Construction Kit (CCK)? You can create custom content types and you can allow users to create instances of the content type. Like other content you can display it in a variety of ways.
