I run Drupal on a subdomain of domain A now, but I need to move it to domain B (primary domain, not subdomain). The physical server stays the same.
What do I have to change - if anything - after I move the installed files to the new location?
Thanks a million!!

Just copy your Drupal files
Just copy your Drupal directory (folder) from A to B and change your settings.php (in sites dir) file to point to a new location.

It's really this simple:
1) Dump a copy of your database
2) Zip the contents of your installation
3) Upload and unzip into your new web space
4) Import your .sql into the new database
5) Configure your database and path in sites/default/settings.php
This assumes that you're using 4.6.x.
These directions from CivicSpace Labs should be helpful.
