Notable bugfixes:

Development version for both Drupal-5 and Drupal-6.

• Fixed faulty 6.x-1.3 release caused by wrong CVS tag. It caused errors for D6 users due to D5-style use of l().
  Issue #516548: Recent versions produce fatal errors, breaking sites.

• Fixed deprecation warning for call-time pass-by-reference, thanks to Wasaware.
  Issue #497494: warning message from PHP because parameter passed by reference to preg_match function.

• Emptied 'enabledlangs' subdirectory so as to make updating the module as easy as unpacking it over the previous version. The custom settings (icon files in the 'enabledlangs' subdirectory) will remain untouched. Issue #492300: Form-based flag settings?.

Unified codebase.
- Works on setups without curl (falls back to drupal_http_request)
- Works in php-safemode (falls back to drupal_http_request)
- Works on drupal-5 and drupal-6.
