Available updates page displays Download/Release notes links confusingly close

Using admin.module's admin theme, on the available updates page (admin/reports/updates), the links for "Download" and "Release notes" when an update is available are displayed right next to each other, with no space or border. Confusingly, this reads as "Download Release notes" when in fact they're actually separate things. (See attached screenshot)
