FPSS is giving me this "include_once" error when assigned to a block.

I purchased fpss back when i was using joomla and now im trying to get it to work with drupal and i was really hoping for it to be as easy as it was on joomla. but all i keep getting is this error and i have no clue what i did wrong. i followed all recommended procedures and still cannot get a result.

can someone give me some direction?
