Hi there,

Hopefully this will have been posted in the right place - apologies if not?

I've installed the admin module to go with the Acquia Slate theme (set as default), and with the admin theme set to default also, following the installation notes on the download page as follows;

<body class="<?php print $body_classes; ?>">
 <?php if (!empty($admin)) print $admin; ?>

Could someone please tell me if this is in fact correct?

The outcome of which is that I now have the horizontal menu bar at the top of the relevant pages (see attached image) along with the 'configure' mouseover, for visible blocks. However, the vertical menus and the accompanying iconised layouts (as shown on the downloads page) are not visible. In addition the 'administer' link has disappeared from the navigation bar.

Any help in resolving this would be gratefully received, thanks.

Additionally, having searched and read through some of the issues, I notice there are various patches for this module. Having no prior experience of such things, can someone please tell me a bit about how this works? I have Admin 6.x-1.0-beta1 installed, therefore do I need to install any patches for this presently.

Many thanks,

Jon
