I have FlowPlayer 3 successfuly installed but there is no option to set it default for single swf files. I want FlowPlayer mostly to remove autoplay, generic player always autoplays.

Is there a setting I'm missing here?

SWF Tools doesn't support playback of swf files through other players at the moment. FlowPlayer3 is (I think) the only media player that supports this capability, but I haven't implemented in the module as if you have a stand alone swf I never really thought it would be necessary to render it via a player!

If you don't want the swf files to autoplay then you get set this on the main settings page (Administer > Site configuration > SWF Tools > Embedding settings > Default settings for embedding). You can uncheck Play immediately to prevent swfs from starting automatically, but this can create some odd effects for the end user so use with care!
