I noticed that all images are displayed in the RSS-feed.
Is there a way to prevent this?

Pasqualleprobably you have a Feed display attached to the view.
edit the view, select the feed display (if you have) and under "Feed settings" check the "Attach to" setting

I have no idea where to find 'feed display' when editing my view. I have the following settings at my disposal:

Pasqualleprobably the photo nodes are published to front page.
please reopen the issue if you still have this problem, but I don't think the problem is caused by using insert_view in nodes, as your view do not have feed attached.
