In the new admin theme I load some extra jQuery and CSS, but having some major issues using my regular trickery with path_to_theme() so I've had to hard code the paths for now (ekkk!).

So, anyone want to take a crack at it, we really gotta fix this asap, I'll keep hacking away but any tips or pointers welcome.

I load some extras in template.php and template.theme-settings.inc, I'll grab the line numbers shorting and post some code examples.

Lordy I am slow sometimes, or just blind, forgot to declare global $theme... all fixed!
