cck_private_fields 6.x-1.0-beta3

Changes since 6.x-1.0-beta1:

• Bug fix: Only users allowed to edit privacy settings should be allowed to do so.
• New feature: #536746: Add support for fields in multigroups.

Requires update.php.

No additional features are planned. If this beta is able to live without bug reports for a week or so, I'll create a stable release as-is. Otherwise, we'll fix whatever it happens, wait for a couple of days more, and release a new beta.
