I'd like to host some video tutorials of desktop point and click highly compressed windows video's..
I need a technical support style module or a faq style module and a way to embed video into a page similar to flickr I guess or google video.
Any suggestions I'm just throwing penny's into the well right now.

Why custom modules?
I don't think you need custom modules for those. For an FAQ, just create a page and populate it as desired. Similarly, for an embedded movie, just create a regular page, then put in the HTML code to embed the media file.

Something like this?
The video podcasts at http://www.lullabot.com/podcast (check out the February 3 post) are in regular Drupal core pages. I don't know if the way they have the video setup is the same kind of thing you're seeking to do or not.

kind of like that
kind of like that but I want the video built into the page like on google video so you dont have to open an external player.. any guides or tutorials on that?
Embed the HTML into a page
Just embed the HTML commands for displaying the video into a page.
Here's an example from my site.
