First of all, I'm a huge fan of Menu Block. It is one of my go-to modules any time I build a site, and if it were up to me, it would be a "Core-optional" module. However, I've just run into a roadblock. I'm using themeB (a Zen subtheme) for a portion of my site. $primary and $secondary are disabled for themeB, and I've created menuB to serve as 'primary' navigation for themeB. I'm also using DHTML menu.
Using menu block, I created 2 blocks:
- menuB Level 1-2 (displayed in navbar)
Menu: menuB, Item: root of menuB, starting level: 1st level, max depth: 2 - menuB Level 3+ (displayed in sidebar)
Menu: menuB, Item: root of menuB, starting level: 3rd level, max depth: unlimited
Everything works beautifully, as expected, EXCEPT that the menu block is not displayed on top-level pages. Does anyone have an idea (1) why this is or (2) how to correct/avoid it?
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
~Joy
