The default setting for "show_toggle" is TRUE (in wysiwyg_profile_form()). However, when this setting is missing, the "enable/disable rich text toggle link" is not shown. But the "Show enable/disable rich text toggle link" checkbox in the profile settings edit form is clearly checked because of the defaults. This may causes some confusion for the users since the form indicates the setting is checked, but the link is not displayed for the editor.

This issue may apply to other settings; it's definitely true for "show_toggle".
