I really liked the rounded corners for Firefox/Safari, so I found this info for IE7/8:

And created rounded corners. I've attached the modified and added files if you want to include them in a future update.

geerlingguy CreditAttribution: geerlingguy commentedThanks for this! In the interests of keeping things standards-compliant and semantic, I might simply put these files into the theme, with instructions and an alternate .tpl.php file for those who wish to give IE users rounded corners.
