It would be nice to have a class set in the body tag when admin menu is present. This way it will be easy to adjust the background if it exist, among other things.

I thought this would be a nice feature as well. Here is a patch to do just that.

This should patch should add the admin-menu class to $body_classes on any page admin_menu is allowed to show on.
