adaptivetheme 6.x-1.4

This release brings in proper support for the new Skinr UI, so now we can have select lists and radios for selecting Skinr styles.

Also:

New theme settings, remember that some are hidden and need to enabled from template.php and theme-settings.php:

- You can now turn on/off individual layoutSP features, such as allowing sidebar widths to change but not the page width etc.
- Equal heights sidebars and equal heights blocks
- Horizontal login block, with optional overlabel js

New Skinr Classes:
- Inline menu with seperators
- Horizontal menu with child menus as lists below
- Align content left, right or center

Fixed a number of RTL css issues.

Fixed borked node forms when the admin theme was disabled.

Removed the Conditional styles module, we ran into some pretty serious bugs with this in the theme, but the module on its own works well, so we removed it but left in the info file stuff to support it.

Better LayoutSP code, cleaner page.tpl.php and a number of other minor fixes in the CSS.
