Typing any path within the administration area using uppercase /ADMIN/* disables the admin theme; the front-end theme is enabled instead. See attachment.

I have reproduced this both in Open Atrium 1.0 beta2.1 and in a regular drupal installation, both on local server (LAMP) and on a live server (LAMP and IIS6.0), and both with Drupal 6.13 and 6.14.
Can anyone else reproduce this?

If it's a bug (or by design), Is it possible to override this behaviour in order to have all paths rewritten to lowercase?
Otherwise, what did I do wrong?

Thanks a lot!
