1. Merging all of the missing 6.x-1.0 code into the 6.x-1.x dev branch.
2. Re-stripped CVS keywords and added newlines at the end of files.
3. Removed the licensing info as its implicit.
4. Issue #1064900: Undefined property: stdClass::$old_type by WorldFallz, colan: Make sure old_type is set before using it.

With this release, all of the basic functionality should now be working properly in Drupal 7.

Changes since 7.x-1.1:

There are no new features here, but another release was necessary to fix #1138850: Drupal update says "Project not supported"?. There hasn't been a release since the Git migration; that's most likely the problem.
